Pizza
Description
Pizza Margherita is a classic Italian dish that perfectly captures the essence of simple yet delicious cooking. Originating from Naples, this pizza is made with just a few high-quality ingredients — a thin, crispy crust topped with tangy tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and fragrant basil leaves. The colors of the toppings — red, white, and green — represent the Italian flag, making it a symbol of national pride.
What makes Pizza Margherita truly special is its balance of flavors and textures. The dough is light and chewy, the tomato sauce adds a touch of acidity, and the creamy mozzarella melts beautifully over the top. A drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt complete this timeless masterpiece, creating a pizza that is both comforting and elegant in its simplicity.
